We start with awareness, bringing focus and attention to the sensations of the body and mind. Giving you space to explore and dive deeper into how you are feeling.

From there, we may adapt a yoga posture, add specific breathwork, incorporate essential oils and/or provide an assisted stretch or therapeutic touch. These are some of the ways we can support your healing journey.
